We have all felt the impact of the global pandemic and no industry or service has managed to escape without being affected in some way or another. However not all changes have been negative. I for one have taken the bull by the horns and have thrown myself into passionately creating and building the Clare Lucas brand and I feel that there are exciting times ahead!
As a society we now know that much of our day to day work can be done remotely and therefore I am here to help you save on your employment overheads on financials such as holiday and sick pay whilst providing you with a flexible, responsive and first-class service.
I am not just an order taker. I will listen carefully to your requirements and turn your actions and aspirations into deliverables with tangible results.
Over the past few months I have been working with a variety of clients. I have re-designed a website, created bespoke business policies, written and managed a social media campaign, redesigned some CV's, carried out some 'mystery shopping competitor analysis' producing a report for the client and I have also been working as a project support analyst producing process maps and helping to 'speed up' a project in the world of banking. In terms of events management I can offer the organisation of virtual events, and hopefully very soon I can help you organise actual events when we can all get together again. I have organised hundreds of events throughout my career both small and large scale.

My career has been diverse over the past twenty years. I started out in 2000 working for five years as a travel consultant, making both leisure and business travel bookings.
Five years later I became an ‘on the road’ Sales Executive for a hotel wholesaler and spent my time marketing the product, increasing sales and conducting training with travel agents.
Following this along came my son and so I needed more flexibility and began working in the public sector where I spent eight years climbing the corporate ladder with various roles including working as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator and a Communications Officer.
In 2017 I went back to my travel roots where I worked as a Senior Manager for a coach company with responsibility for contracts, sales and marketing and managing a large team.
After re-evaluating my working life and wanting to be more flexible with my working hours over a full seven days of the week CLRBS was born. I wanted my passion and commitment to work with small businesses to shine through. Being flexible means that if I work all day Sunday my clients have updated project plans or completed work in their inboxes when they log on first thing on a Monday morning.
I also work a couple of days a week as both a School Bursar and Parish Clerk. The rest of the week I am involved in a variety of projects with various clients and businesses. Could your business be the next one that I work with?
